Requirements to Receive Award for Domestic Student
The student must:
Be a U.S. citizen or eligible non-citizen.
Be a high school or college student who are at least 16-years-old.
Admit to the U.S. University or College.
Enroll for a minimum of 12 credit hours per term.
No minimum GPA or essay requirement.
International Students
Requirements to Receive Award for International Student
The student must:
Proof of international citizenship.
Be a high school or college students who are at least 16-years-old.
Admit to the U.S. University or College.
Enroll for a minimum of 12 credit hours per term.
No minimum GPA or essay requirement.
Deadlines & Instructions
Awards granted two times per year. Deadline for August award is 31st of July. Deadline for December award is 30th of November.

Qualified education expenses
The qualified education expenses include payments for tuition, fees and similar expenses, course-related books, supplies and expenses paid or incurred for the purchase of computer or peripheral equipment, computer software, or Internet access and related services to be used primarily by the beneficiary while enrolled at an eligible educational institution.
