Housing Assistance
The Housing Assistance enables homeowners to stay in their homes by providing emergency home repairs and renovations for handicap accessibility. The goal of this program is to promote affordable housing opportunities and improve housing conditions for low- and moderate-income families and individuals primarily through emergency home repair and limited down payment assistance.
Community Improvement
The Community Improvement program provides funding assistance to local government agencies for acquisition, renovation, or development of essential community facilities such as public parks and for a variety of playing fields for baseball, softball, soccer, football, and more.
Housing Development Assistance
The Housing development assistance includes developing a high quality affordable and mixed-income rental and for sale housing. This program was created to assist in the financing and development of affordable housing for low- and moderate-income households. The Foundation provides financing and resources for the purchase, restoration, reconstruction and preservation of affordable housing.
Economic Development
This program provides federal and state funding to communities to address a variety of needs. The Foundation encourages entrepreneurship to create and retain long-term private sector jobs, promotes the economic development investment in underserved neighborhoods through the expansion and retention of business and industry in communities.
